Peterson exhibit a success at ConExpo-Con/Agg

The Peterson exhibits were very busy at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008 in Las Vegas. Peterson introduced two new machines, the 2710C Horizontal Grinder, and the DS5162 Deck Screen.

Welcome to Peterson, manufacturer of industry-leading Whole Tree Pulpwood Chippers, Horizontal Grinders, and Blower Trucks.

Peterson Pacific Corp. has been an Oregon Corporation since 1981. The company began as Wilbur Peterson & Sons, a heavy construction company. In July of 2007, Peterson was purchased by Astec Industries, Inc., opening a new chapter in their corporate history.

Horizontal Grinders
In 1990 Peterson developed its first wood waste recycling machine. Continuous development of grinders has led to the current line of horizontal feed wood grinders. These models have been very well received both in the U.S. and overseas, with production rates up to 150 tons per hour.

Blower Trucks

The Angora Fire west of South Lake Tahoe in June-July of 2007 opened an opportunity for Peterson to demonstrate a BTR70 Blower Trailer to a large group of people involved in fire restoration. (more)

Chippers & Flail Debarkers
