The Peterson exhibits were very busy at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008 in Las Vegas. Peterson introduced two new machines, the 2710C Horizontal Grinder, and the DS5162 Deck Screen.

The 2710C is Peterson’s latest generation of high production track grinders. Powered by the Caterpillar C13 engine at 475 horsepower (354kW) or an optional C15 at 580 (433kW) horsepower, this model provides plenty of power in a compact grinder. At 59,000 pounds (27000 kg) the 2710C was designed for operations requiring high production and frequent moves between jobs.

The DS5162 is a self-contained screening tool incorporating high mobility, user-friendly controls, and durable construction to maximize uptime, making it an ideal long-term investment for anyone requiring frequent mobility and flexibility in a compact package.
