The Peterson Spiral Splitter (patent pending) represents another example of how Peterson continues to “think outside the box.” Unlike conventional shears, which require a dedicated excavator, the Spiral Splitter works in tandem with your Horizontal Grinder.

Ideal for the land clearing contractor who needs to be able to handle oversized material, the Spiral Splitter works while the operator loads feed material into the grinder.

When the Splitter is not required, it can be rotated to the travel position.
